Cedar Croft Consulting is named after the Walsh family dairy farm. Cedar Croft Farms was established in the mid-1800s by John Walsh, who emigrated from Kilkenny, Ireland shortly after the potato famine.
Operation and ownership of the farm have been passed down over the years to family members and are currently in the hands of a 5th generation direct descendant.
Strong work ethic, pride in work, and dedication to the profession have allowed this family institution to survive and flourish over these many generations.
