Philp Albert – Turnaround Managment
Phil Albert has over twenty-six years of relevant corporate experience in business development and key account management with Johnson Controls, Johnson Controls World Services, and Brookfield Lepage Johnson Controls.
He brings in-depth and practical experience to all aspects of sales management including forecasting, margin analysis, marketing, presentation development, strategic selling and planning processes, distribution and channel management, sales force management, and departmental re-structuring programs.
Phil’s consulting experiences include implementing strategic selling processes, sales force evaluation, sales training planning, product streamlining, departmental e-structuring, strategic marketing plans, corporate account development, and channel to market management.
Phil holds Certificates in Internal Communications and Marketing from Mcgill University. He is also a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association and the International Facilities Management Association.
