Cedar Croft created a restructuring plan that involved a reduction in inventory levels, the divestiture of a subsidiary, the closure of a manufacturing plant, the elimination of a distribution center, and the reduction of head office expenses.
At the insistence of the senior lender, Cedar Croft assumed the CRO position and began executing the restructuring plan. After the over-advance was eliminated and availability was created under its lending formula, the company assumed responsibility for completing the restructuring.
